Not so tender

If a website goes to tender, web agencies are often asked to design the site based on a page or two of information given in the tender.

This is ludicrous! And ridiculous. And etcetera. Rant, rant, rant.

Meeting my clients and spending time with them before I design their site is absolutely critical. This way I have a lot more information. I get more of a feel for what the client does and doesn’t require. It’s amazing how much information you can absorb in an hour so. Not to mention what you can pick up just being in the client’s own working environment.

You learn about what the client wants and needs and you learn also about the stuff he doesn’t want and doesn’t need. Have never seen that in a tender document…

When Cambridge Web Solutions meets with a client, the client gets a tailor made website that looks and fits like a Savile Row suit. And at Cambridge Web Solutions you’re not paying Savile Row prices.
